RIGA — Dinamo Riga have gone down 2-1 in their latest KHL home game to one of the leading teams, Moscow’s MVD Monday.

The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) opens its schedule on September 2 with games in Ufa, Khabarovsk, Novokuznetsk, Moscow and Chekhov. The season will continue until April as the teams compete for the Gagarin Cup.
